【2011】

January
The 2010 Second Corporate Social Responsibility (China) Leadership Forum & and The Award Presentation Ceremony of CSR (China) Leadership General Ranking List were held in Beijing. For its outstanding achievement in corporate social responsibility, CTG won the honors of “Best CSR Fulfillment Award” and “Best Employer Award” and was a bright star company in the ceremony.
February
CTG won the “2010 Best Business Model Future Star” award in the Sixth Best Business Model China Summit 2010”, sponsored by Business Media and jointly undertaken by CCTV 2 and the Business Review magazine.
April
CTG was opportunely certified by ISO27001, a global standard and authoritative information security certification program, and also received the certificates issued by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).

After CTG won the honor of Global Outsourcing 100 as the sole company of China’s HR industry that was recognized in the program in 2010, it was once again recognized in the program in 2011. At the same time, CTG also encompassed all the fastest growth awards in addition to its recognition in the 2011 Global Outsourcing 100 program.

CTG’s “Love and Care for Staff” program began one by one in Xi’an, Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen.

CTG, a leading domestic HRO company, held a “Technical Seminar on Building the New Standards of Security of the Personnel Service Industry” in Shanghai and officially launched CTG Payroll, the first country-wide one-stop payroll & welfare solution and cloud service platform in China. This is the payroll & welfare platform at the highest international level of security and the platform has been certified by the international ISO27001 information security certification authority.

The Eighth China Payroll Management Summit Forum was held in Chengdu, Sichuan from May 20th to 22nd, 2011. This forum was jointly sponsored by the Research Institute of Labor & Payroll of the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security of China, the Occupation & Career magazine affiliated to the Ministry, and the Payroll Professional Committee of China Labor Society, and CTG was a partner and provided support to the forum.
June 15th
The Sixth International Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Forum & the Ceremony to Announce the “2010 Golden Bee CSR •China Honor Roll” were held in Beijing. By virtue of its innovative practice and outstanding achievement in fulfilling its social responsibility, CTG was honored in the “2010 Golden Bee CSR •China Honor Roll” list and won the “Golden Bee Award • Growth Company” award.

CTG held “the Seminar on Corporate Employees’ Overall Welfare Solutions and Management Platform” in Beijing, at which CTG released corporate employees’ overall welfare solutions and, in cooperation with its strategic partner Fudeli Cooperation, released Yifuli.com, the first domestic comprehensive e-commerce platform which fully covers the welfare demands of corporate employees.

The Eleventh Annual Conference of China’s “Future Star” Enterprises, a grand annual conference for China’s innovative and growth companies, was held in Chengdu. As one of the 21 participating companies, CTG not only was listed in the 2011 “Future Star” Enterprises 100 but also won the “China’s Fastest Growing Emerging Enterprise” award honored by the Chinese Entrepreneur magazine.

CTG’s President Hao Li was awarded the title of “2009 Asia-Pacific Chinese Entrepreneurial Leader with the Deepest Sense of Social Responsibility”, and he was also invited to be the vice chairman of Asia-Pacific Chinese Entrepreneurial Leaders Association. At the same time, as a corporate representative fulfilling its social responsibility, CTG became a permanent vice chairman of this association.

On September 19th, 2009, CTG was recognized in the 2009 China’s Corporate Responsibility Ranking in “the 2009 Seminar on China’s Corporate Social Responsibility-the Sixtieth Anniversary and China’s Responsibility” which was held in Beijing. CTG was the only company that was recognized in China’s human resource industry.
