Shanghai/Beijing, China, May 6, 2009: China Talent Group (CTG), the Chinese leader in Human Resource services, successfully signed a professional services agreement for China Lodgement Service with i-Admin, a Singapore based HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company.

CTG, one of China’s largest providers of HR solutions with over 60 whole-owned offices in China, will extend i-Admin’s reach in the region, and assure the HR services’ compliance with local regulations, which can differ considerably between different Chinese provinces.

“We are currently providing lodgment services in over 100 cities. We have the most recent information of social insurance, housing fund and other statutory regulations which we can provide to our partners once partnership is established. We also have the ability to handle the registration, de-registration, submission of social insurance, public housing fund etc. in all those cities that we cover. Those functions constitute the core of our business, so maintaining the high standard of these services is our priority”, said Brian Li, deputy director of international business development of CTG.

Industry experts expect the HRO sector in China to register growth of at least 20 percent annually over the next few years.

The White Paper, prepared by the HR development and research center of Peking University, estimates that third-party HR outsourcing will become the main development trend in China's HR sector by 2010.
