The certification has been issued by Quality Assurance Centre of China Association for Quality, a member of International Accreditation Forum (IAF), in the following scope:

- Human Resources Agency;
- Labor Dispatch;
- Insurance within the Scope of Insurance Laws Regulations and Administrative Rules.
