My name is Li Hao and I am the president of China Talent Group (CTG). I am very happy to take this opportunity to share with you information regarding CTG’s growth, development and our latest accomplishments.
This year China Talent Group celebrates its fifth anniversary, receiving praise and support from all customers, shareholders and community partners. Since our beginning in 2003, we have managed to achieve and maintain unprecedented development speed in the HR industry in China, attracting the attention of several large international venture capital funds. In two significant financing projects between 2005 and 2007, CTG has received a total of 18 million US dollars from venture capital firms GGV and CID. The financing will not only provide financial security for further expansion of CTG but also will help to establish a steady capital management framework to secure our long term development plans.

Our vision of development is to become an international leader in China-based human resources and related services industry. CTG strives to be a people-oriented company, promoting social responsibility and harmonious development in society through our business practices.
To materialize its vision statements CTG has been actively cooperating with The Chinese Red Cross and other charity and community organizations, promoting foundation of employment training bases. China Talent Group has recently started the first (in China) “CTG Hua Xia En San Social Responsibility Promotion Center” in Dabie Mountain area and “Special Incentive Fund for Economically Underprivileged Students.” In doing this we hope to take corporate social responsibility idea a step further by actively promoting the development of society.
In 2007 set up China’s first call center personnel training base in Hangzhou marking a formal start of the China Talent Group HR-BPO service line. Doing this we hope to provide our clients with richer and more comprehensive human resources outsourcing solutions.
Last year new legal regulations regarding labor laws have been introduced in China. CTG was proud to become a government authorized company bearing a responsibility of New Labor Contract Law popularization in more than a dozen China’s central cities. By the end of 2007, CTG was chosen “The most influential brand” in HR industry, by many brand management agencies.
At the beginning of 2008 we have entered a stage of overall profit, and are planning to expand our reach to 200 outlets in China by the end of the year, providing a wider range of high quality service to our customers.
China is the world’s largest human resources market with enormous growth potential. Building on this foundation CTG strives to become China’s first-class HR company, leveraging our profound Chinese market expertise and the best international industry standards brought by our senior management team. Mutual trust in cooperation with clients and partners, openness to innovation and creating harmonious working environment will remain CTG’s foundation to achieve and maintain fast and stable development.
