To achieve a win-win situation in the future, CTG’s first report of corporate Social Responsibility

In the fourth New Manpower forum held in December, 2009, CTG issued the first report of corporate social responsibility of China’s HR industry. Guanghua Peng, Associate Professor of School of Labor and Human Resources of People’s University of China, Bing Liu, Professor and Executive Associate Dean of Hebei University of Technology, and Junjie Zhou, Vice Secretary-general of China Ensan Corporate Social Responsibility Center jointly launched the release ceremony of the 2009 Corporate Social Responsibility Report.

A social responsibility concept of “People foremost, warm-hearted devotion, and building a harmonious golden time together” was elaborated in the report. This set up a CSR benchmark for China’s HR industry. In the report, CTG’s President Hao Li also pointed out that CTG must build and solidify the circle of “responsibility to development”, and ensure that it is a virtuous cycle. CTG will continue to improve its social responsibility system, gradually form the social responsibility standards for service outsourcing industry. As a leading HR company, CTG will, under the guidance of government policies, prompt its counterparts in China’s HR industry to understand more of corporate social responsibility and to undertake social responsibility through their professional advantages, and achieve leap-over development.
