CTG issued Customer Satisfaction Management Curve and ranked among “Global Outsourcing 100”

It is reported that CTG, a domestic leading HR outsourcing service company, held a news conference of “CTG was recognized among the Global outsourcing 100 companies and CTG Customer Satisfaction Curve” on April 15th and announced that it won the title of “IAOP Global Outsourcing 100” again. This indicates that CTG has reached the group of top international outsourcing companies. CTG also officially released the first theory of service quality management and control system-“CTG Customer Satisfaction Curve” in the field of HR outsourcing.

CTG’s President Hao Li said that this curve was at present the first theoretical system of service quality management and control in the HR outsourcing industry and can prompt China’s HR outsourcing industry to develop and provide standardized, unified, and clear service. He hopes to gradually promote the use of this curve in the HR area and effectively improve the overall service level of the industry.
