CTG initiated the “Super Service to Join Hands with Clients” Program

During the economic crisis, labor relations has an increasing impact on a company’s survival and development. On August 3rd, CTG, the largest private HR outsourcing service provider of China, launched the “Super Service to Join Hands with Clients” program around the country in order to understand the heartfelt wishesof the clients suffering in the economic crisis and to provide them with better service. CTG’s President Hao Li took command in person and visited strategic group clients like LG(China)and China Citic Bank in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and the “Super Service to Join Hands with Clients” program was kicked off.  

It is reported that this “Super Service to Join Hands with Clients” program, launched by CTG, will last to December 2009 from August 2009. This program aims to understandthe heartfelt wishesof the clients, to extensively reach into the fore-front clients, and to completely increase clients’ satisfaction. Through this program, we will further strengthen CTG’s strong awareness of caring for clients by all of the staff, get trusted by clients with ourrelentless and honest service, impress clients with unselfish concern and service, make a good return to clients with a complete range of multifunctional value-added service, and set new customer service standards for the HR industry.
