CTG initiated the “Tripartite Satisfaction” joint management model to improve Staff’s “Happiness Ind

As a leading company in China’s HR outsourcing industry, CTG is always renowned for its entrepreneurial spirit of “dare to be the first in the world”. The “customer satisfaction management curve” which CTG created before not only has been highly recognized by client companies, but also has become an example from which counterparts of the industry strives to imitate. Recently, CTG once again released “staff satisfaction management curve (staff happiness index)” and initiated the “Tri-partite Satisfaction” joint management model in China’s HR industry. This makes HR management more people friendly and more refined and attracts widespread attention in the industry.

The “Staff Satisfaction Management Curve” centers on staff’s “happiness index” and creates more efficiency and more value for client companies. In order to better implement the “staff satisfaction management curve”, CTG started a “love and care for our staff” program with enthusiasm in April 2011. On the basis of the features of the industry and experts’ opinions, CTG developed and designed a staff satisfaction survey questionnaire, and from April to June its CEO led the team in person and extensively reached into the fore-front enterprises. They gathered first-hand data and information and conducted communication and questionnaire interaction with the clients.
