It is reported that “Harvard China Forum” (HCR; www.harvardchina.org) was established in 1998, and it is a non-profit organization aiming at promoting academic, economic and cultural exchanges between China and the international communities. Each year the organizing committee of the forum invites leading companies of some industries and political & academic celebrities from mainland China according to highly strict terms of qualification.

CTG is the first Chinese HRO enterprise to have been invited to attend the Harvard China Forum. With regard to this invitation, CTG’s President Hao Li says that, on one hand, this means that China has obtained great achievements in its economic development, while on the other hand, CTG has secured a leading position in the field of HR outsourcing in China by its own unique business model. That CTG was able to receive an invitation for this forum indicates that China’s HR industry begins to attract eyeballs from abroad and CTG’s brand image has been recognized by the organizing committee of Harvard China Forum.
